That's an idea feel free to do it if you want to. That's up to you.

I already see a list of mails with a temporary problem. Do you see any others?

D) Max refer seems to me the most problematic, as the host has suppressed sending to other mails. Do you have any advice on this?
Unfortunately not. We've done some check on Google but I definitely think it depends on how you want to handle it.
E) I want to be able to use your rules simply, but taking into account the unmanaged referrals, by acymailing.
Can you make a simple tutorial for me to create a rule from what I mentioned (1 to 7) that would not be well taken into account?
Unfortunately we don't have any tutorial. The only things we've got is the documentation :-)
