Please, Which type of "possible security implications" ?!?
I'm not agree. All the Frontend features are under possible security implications, even more if it is an extension for sending emails.
The question is to add the best security conditions on top of these features:
A - to have a Send Testing on frontend is one of these (it is crazy to send mass mailing without a test!). Maybe it could be just an Email Test directly to the Email Author (without entering any email address).

B - and AcyMailing should pay attention to security issues like max upload file size feature request that is coming from this old GitHub
C - like the Limit feature request
etc.
Please, Vote the Feature Requests and, in case, comment them here in the forum... (unfortunately there is no more a way to comment the feature requests)
