Can I update from acymailing 5.11 directly to acymailing 7?

No, you can't

Version 5 and version 7 are completely different extensions

You have to do a migration as explained here

Hello,
I have migrate to new version of Acymailing and I would uninstall old version :

should you give me a list of extensions required for the new version ? It seems there is only one extension : Acymailing component v7.9.8
can I unstall all other acymailing extensions without problems ?

You should use Joomla extension manager to filter out all extensions, plugins and modules with the name "acym". Uninstall all of them with the version lower than 7.x

That will leave you only with AcyMailing 7 extension and related plugins and modules

We have used Acymailing for over 10 years on our website. I am testing migration to Joomla 4 and Acymailing V7 on my computer ; migration is OK,
1) I tried to uninstall old extensions (plug ins, module, component) I don't succeed to uninstall an old version of acymailing module "AcyMailing Module, location = site, type = module, version = 3.7.0, date = september 2009".

How can I uninstall this module ?
In directory "Modules", I find two sub directories, mod_acym (new version v7) and mod_acymailing (old) !
Can I delete the second directory and cancel with PHP_MyAdmin this entry ?

2) I have another problem : I don't succeed to create a new subscriber by using module in front (module AcyMailing subscription form ) ;

What do you suggest ?
