Enterprise versus Essentials versus Starter

Has there been changed in the functionality of this subscriptions in the last year? I read that Essentials and Enterprise can send automatic campaigns. What is automatic? Can i send for instance an weekly email with the last news of the web with Essential Subscription? I thought that this functionality was only with Enterprise or higher versions.

Automatic means that you can create a newsletter, select the newsletter list to which it will be sent, and then place the newsletter in the queue. AcyMailing will automatically send it using a cron job, without the need to keep the browser opened all the time during the newsletter sending

Feature which you described is indeed available only in the Enterprise version and is called automatic campaign
