Hi all acymailing users and contributors.
Using AcyMailing V7 on a Joomla 4 site hosted on a VPS I have an issue only with "microsoft" email adessses : hotmail.fr, hotmail.com.
I perform a spam test from backend. The result is 10/10 and mails sent to hotmail.fr, hotmail.com are not delivered.
My vps returns a message:
"The mail system host eur.olc.protection.outlook.com[104.47.14.33] said 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [185.98.138.91] weren't sent.
Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3150). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. [VI1EUR04FT054.eop eur04.prod.protection.outlook.com] (in reply to MAIL FROM command)"
As I use Acymail to keep in contact with registered member, I have asked the "hotmail" ones to create a gmail or a Laporte.net adress however somme of them are not "internet friendly" and does not master how to gather all their mail from a mail client or a single site.
Has anyone encountered this issue with Microsoft delivered email adresses and found how to ask microsoft to allow my emails to be accepted.
