This is my first post here, A novice user of Acymailing Starter. Been having trouble with emails supposed to be going to my Joomla 4 users that register. They aren't getting there. When I check the test email on Global Configuration>Server>email, I never get a email. But when I use the "Send a test" button in Configuration>Subscription, I get an email. Any suggestions on what might be wrong? Where to start troubleshooting? Really using Acymailing 8, but it wasn't in the list.
