curl error no valid licence

Hi after my license expired i renewed it, but i m not able to valite it again. System warn me that there is some curl error, could not connect to acyba server to validate licence. I tried support but no answer after 1 week, wtf
Hosting told me that with curl library there is no problem. I tried to upgade to Acymailing v8, no progress
Without validate license i can not use cron on my WP website...
