My host stopped letting me send email through their system. You helped me about 2 weeks ago. I tested your sending service with a basic account. Everything worked fine. Today i purchased Enterprise with sending service, deleted basic and installed enterprise 8 1 1 in the same place. When composing a new email and hitting the save button, the gray screen comes up and keeps spinning. I can never move onto the next step.
I closed the page, logged back in and noticed the draft was saved on the email page. It had saved my changes. I tried to send it without any more changes to a small test group. The last page showed I was sending to 5 recipients. I hit send and got the message no subscribers found. I made a new list and put 5 subscribers in it. Same results.
3 edits resulted in gray screen. Working around that 3 sends resulted in no subscribers found.
Sending test from that final page works fine.
What do I try next?
Also it looks like I don't need my old enterprise cron anymore that I just renewed December 22nd. Can that be credited back or used to extend my new license?
