Sender name

Hello
I have several sites that send emails with Acymailing, and which are well configured with Elasticemail.

Some sites send emails without the name of the sender, and it is the email address that appears in the boxes and mailboxes of the recipients. Has anyone had this problem before? And know how to solve it?

Hi,

You can set the default sender name at Acymailing->Configuration->Mail Settings for global use. Additionally, if you are using templates, you can set a default sender for the particular template. Please check these settings to ensure they are set as desired.

Thank you for your answer, but these fields are correctly configured... However, it is always the sender's email address that appears in the mailbox...

Hi,

If you have the same Acymailing configurations on all of your sites, and some are working correctly while others are not, it is likely due to a setting in Elastic Email. Have you contacted their support team to look into this issue?

I just did the test without going through ElasticEmail.
The name is still not displayed, so the problem comes from Acymailing, the configuration or the website... Do you have an idea?
