After Update to 8 and server went down. Cannot send Test email (with error)

Just update to 8 and also the website server went down.
I guess one of the 2 events cause my Testing Sending Process to not complete and return this error.

_Error sending message “MY TITLE" to MY_TEST_EMAIL SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/TroubleshootingSMTP server error: Failed to connect to server SMTP code: 110 Additional SMTP info: Connection timed out_

Was working perfectly before these 2 events, no settings modified — Any ideas!

Hi,

It appears that this may be a network issue. Acymailing is not receiving a response from your sending service, which is why you are receiving a time out error. Have you contacted your hosting provider about this?

Thanks, I just want to be sure. The web and mail server went down and they trying to restore it.
