subscribe to a list of users

Hello
I would like to subscribe to a list of users who have a custom field value of joomla equal to 1.
For this, I use the mass actions and I filter my action on the aforementioned criterion.
The filter selects 2 users, but when I execute the action, no user is registered in the list ... (see attachment)

That's because your Joomla users are not subscribed to AcyMailing.
So AcyMailing can't subscribe them.

Please first import them into AcyMailing (through the import process) and you'll be done 😉

This is the response of the support Acymailing

both users already were subscribed to this list but choose to unsubscribe.

In this case, you can try to first remove users from the list and then subscribe them again

I just did that on your site and this is the result
