Subscription via URL gives recaptcha error

Hi,
I want people to subscribe via URL from another newsletter (we are offering a new service on another website). They should just click a button to subscribe in the acymailing NL from the old site to the acymailing newsletter on the new website.
I already have a correct link but I get the message on the new website:
The captcha is invalid, please try again
How can I make it possible to subscribe with link without captcha? (j3.10.11, acy 5.11.4)
