could not instantiate mail function

Yesterday I migrated from Acymailing 5.11.6 to 8.2.0 on Joomla 3.10.11
When I try to send a mail I get the message: could not instantiate mail function.

Acymailing 5.11.6 is still working without problems and the test mai from 8.2.0 is also succesfull. I don's understand what I am doing wrong.
