Automation not working on purchase - Hikashop

Hi,

I'm trying to set up an automation on my Joomla website and when an order is confirmed.

I can't get why it doesn't work.

The automation is simple :

I receive the invoice from Hikashop, but the email supposed to comes from Acymailing is not going. It is not even in the waiting list.

I did install the Hikashop Plugin in Acymailing.

Any ideas ?
