error 500

Hi,
We using Joomla 3.9.12 with Acymailing 5.10.10 essential
it worked regulary from a long time.
Yesterday we tried to send a mail test and we recive an error 500 on the browser.
We have try to upgrade at the ver. 6 but we can import alls exept the old newsletter, anyway if we try to do an email test from the configuration menu, we continuos recive the same error.

What could be the problem about tis error?

we have check the log on the server and we have found as follow: 2019-09-27 11:51:12 Access 178.23.155.153 301 GET /index.php?option=com_acymailing&ctrl=cron&no_html=1 HTTP/1.1
