Images Issues with Emails.

I'm having a weird issue, using SendInBlue as the sender in AcyMailing, but when I send the test messages all images show in the email. However when I send the emails out thru the queue, the images do not display in the Apple Mail app (macOS or iOS), but when I go to the iCloud website and view the same email, the images show.
I had this issue in the past also and went back to Mailchimp because of it. It only seems to happen with AcyMailing.
I have tried on both 8bit and Base64 encoding and the same issue. Again this only seems to happen with AcyMailing and the Apple Mail app on both macOS & iOS. But on iCloud website it displays fine...

the issue with the Apple Mail users is well-known "feature" of Apply email client

I am sorry, but there is really nothing that can be done to override this

We can't programmatically change this mail client behavior because, as you can read from that article, if the option is turned on, the email client will load email using some proxy servers which will remove all the tracking images and other codes from it

I know that, for example, in Outlook, you can add senders to the white list, which will allow Outlook to load images for such senders anyway. Maybe something like this exists in mac email client

mihha I believe I have found a solution after doing some research. It seems Apple only blocks the images loaded from your server, but if you use a CDN like Cloudinary to serve the email images then Apple Mail correctly shows the images without issues.
