Trying to open Queue in Administrator causes site to crash

Hi,

when I try to open the Queue in the Administrator area it causes my site to crash. The only way I can fix it is by restarting mySqL on the server. I only noticed this today as was trying to see why welcome emails were not being sent I was on Joomla acymailing version 8.4.2 so update to 8.4.4 but the problem still exists.

Other menu links load fine, it is just the Queue that breaks the site.

Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?
