This would be possible using Automation feature that is available in our Enterprise version
Otherwise, you can use Subscribers section, select all the subscribers that are subscribed to one newsletter list and then subscribe them to another list by clicking the Subscribe button. This will only subscribe them in the new list, but you can't bulk remove them from the original list.
