Different display on Outlook Live and Outlook Apps

Hi,
I am using Outlook apps and the Windows operating system on my computer. I have a problem with the display when I open it via Outlook apps. The image of the newsletter was disappearing when I use this app, but everything is normal in the Outlook live. You can get the screenshot in the following.

Furthermore, my friend that using MacOs did not have a problem like me. Is this happen because outlook server or something else. For your information, we use same email providers in our office.

Hi,

It's a setting in your Outlook app. It prevents loading the images by default. Outlook explains it in the blue bar on top of your mail. This is normal behaviour, a lot of mail clients do this. You can either click to download the images or changes your settings in the app to download them by default.

I see. Now, I change my setting from here and after this I can automatically download images from Outlook apps. Thank you
