Which is the best sending configuration for my purpose?

Hello, I would like to use my hosting provider's SMTP which limit is: 250 emails every 20 minutes.

Based on my server configuration, each batch can run for 900 seconds.
Based on our check, we can run each batch for 480 seconds.
My hosting's Scheduled Tasks Manager leave me to setup a cron task every: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 3 hours, 6 hours. There is no possibilities to choose less than 30 minutes.

Which is the best automatic sending configuration in acymailing for my purpose, and which time have I to set in my Scheduled Tasks Manager, please? Thanks.

My list has 5,000 users, I need to send the email with the shortest timeframe is possible, so the maximum email my hosting provider consent. Thanks

Limiting factor here is your cron job interval, which can be minimum every 30 minutes

That gives you 500 emails per hour, because you can trigger your cron job twice per hour

You should configure to send 250 email every 30 minutes and configure your cron job to trigger your cron job URL every 30 minutes

In the best case, you will be able to send 5000 emails in 10 hours

What the difference between my cron every 30 minutes and the daily "automated task" that I can activate into the "license" tab, please?

Cron job that triggers every 30 minutes is responsible for sending emails and all other regular tasks

Sorry, I don't understand. If I set a Cron job I don't need to activate the daily task because it can trigger also the automation? Or have I to activate both Cron job and Daily task? Thanks

You can't activate daily tasks. You can just select when those tasks will be executed.

For example, if you have an automatic campaign created, which will generate an email campaign which includes articles from some category on the site, the daily task will be used to trigger this automatic campaign creation at the time you specify in the Daily task parameter.
