An error has occurred. 1264 Out of range value for column 'bounce' at row 1

Hi,
When I try to run the bounce handling it produces this error:

I have checked the bounce handling rule as suggested in this thread:

And there is a rule:

List-Unsubscribe handling - Unsubscribe the user - Delete the message from your mailbox

When I open the settings it shows:

Action on the user:

Execute the following actions only after receiving 0 bounce messages from this user
Unsubscribe the user
Action on the email:

Should it have a value other than zero? Is this what is causing the problem?
