Hi. I have been a happy Acymailing user for years but don't have a feeling that Acymailing 6 is really an upgrade from Acymailing 5.
For example, when you go and see your list you used to have a user count link and just by clicking that you can see all the users on that list. Now at Acymailing 6, you can see the user count but you can not click that and see the list of users on that list. Why take out this vital info? And where is batch so I can same time remove and add many userts to certain lists?
Seems like Acyba has been taking the approach that they release poor product and release updates slowly to keep their customers renewing their subscriptions. That is not cool way to keep us happy. In my opinion promises for Acymailing 6 have been too much marketing for the expense of users who liked the Acymailing 5. And to my frustration the search list function is not working with the latest release of Acymailing 6 while creating campaigns. It works only by id number. Of course it should work with list name.
Get those great functions back from Acymailing 5 asap or you will lose customers. I know it is maybe hard for new product but that is why we keep subcribing and paying you every year.
