Error with uploading attachments

Hi,
after updating from Joomla 3 to 4 and updating AcyMailing 8.4.6
I have got an error during upload an attachment:
cannot upload the file please check the permissions of .... media/com_acym/upload .
I have changed it to 777 and the problem remains.
Any idea?

Can you check one more thing? Please go to Configuration->Security and scroll down to the Files section. and check if the upload folder path only contains forward slashes. If you see any backslash, replace is with a forwrad slash.
