Users cannot subscribe to different list if already subscribed: UNDEFINED

Hi, I am using Acyba via SPPagebuilder forms as a Call To Action that subscribes user to a specific list to receive a download email for an ebook. We currently have 6 separate lists which when a user subscribes to it, it sends a welcome email with a related download link so:

Week 1 user can subscribe to list 1 and receives welcome message 1 with download link
Week 2 user can subscribe to list 2 and receives welcome message 2 with download link etc.

However it is not working as I expected as once the user subscribes to one and their emial is registered in any acymailing list it wont let them subscribe again and throws an error: UNDEFINED

Is there anyway in Acymailing to set it to allow the user to subscribe to different lists at different times so week 2 can subsscribe to List 2 and receive week 2 welcome email?

Or is there a way to set conditions that recognise a user is already subscribed to acymailing list and just fires off the welcome message?

You mentioned that you are using SP Page builder.

Can you tell me are you using AcyMailing Subscription form module or the form provided by SP Page Builder?

apologies, I am using the SP Pagebuilder form module but if you think it would work better with Acymailing module I can switch to that?

Just in case others need to know, I switched to using the proper Subscribe module and then chenged the setting to Yes as Mihha suggested. Now it works as expected (it doesn't work with SPPageBuilder Opt-in form.
