What's the difference between Automations and Automatic Campaigns? Where and when should I use them?

The automations are mass actions that are triggered automatically on specific frequency or users actions.

Automatic campaigns can generate and send new campaigns on a regular basis. This feature is mainly used to send an email each time a new article is published on the site, or for example, to send a monthly email containing the 3 last products of your e-commerce solution.
