how to change a background image?

Hi Guys - maybe I'm missing something here, as I can not get a background image with text on top.

When I try to change an image by editing a template, everything above it turns white in a block

When I try to create one, the same thing happens.

When I highlight the entire row, trying to upload an image in the background only gives a small strip top and bottom.

Is there a current video on how to use the editor?

Hi,

This is because you have no transparent background set.

Please be careful with background images. It's not supported by all email clients.

OMG I should not be allowed on the internet unsupervised. It worked, of course.
