Hikashop mass actions/automations not working

Hi there, we upgraded to V6 and I used to be able to perform a mass action to subscribe all purchasers (Hikashop) to a list. I've set this up as an automation and it's not working. I've also tried to do this manually via a mass action and ACY is telling me there are only two users that meet the condition - I know this is not correct. I guess what I want to understand is what Hikashop fields are you using to drive this criteria?
Can you also advise what the "Hikashop reminder" criteria is? I see that it provides the different order statuses - but again, when I select shipped it says there are zero users - which is incorrect.

Hi,

Automations are based on CMS id.
So if users are subscribed to Acy + Hikashop without having a Joomla user belonging to them then Acy won't be able to handle them.
