Unsubscribe not working

Hello, I am trying to figure out why the unsubscribe does not work. {unsubscribe}If you don't want to receive our news anymore, unsubscribe{/unsubscribe}

I've enable the module, yet the link still does not work. Any help would be appreciated, or some documentation. I am using ACY 5 and Joomla 3.9.

BTW, I don't even see the unsubscribe tags

Are you using elastic emails to send your emails?
If not you can contact us via our contact form as it looks like a bug.
