Dear support,
I have an Upload custom field in order to allow users to store a pdf document while managing their subscription.
Everything is fine, but now I do not understand how to remove an upload. I mean: one can substitute a file, but I see no ways to empty that field, from the backend neither.
Can you advise how to remove an uploaded file? Our custom field is not required, so it should be emptied.
