Unsubscribed users

Hi there
I'm on the latest Essential release of acymailing on a Joomla 3.9.6.

I sent a mailing last night and now i'm looking over the statistics of it. I can see that 22 users clicked on links. I only have the unsubscribe link in my mail. So i think they decided to unsubscribe from my mailing list.

I would like to display those users but i just can't find out how to make this.
On the Users or lists pages i can't see "Display Unsubscribed Users" filter

Hi,

Go to your user list and sort your list on the colomnus active or confirmed. If you don't see them on the top of your list change the sort order and they will become visible.

Acyba is working on a list cleaning tool, so I guess it will become easier to clean your lists.

I found what you described and could sort them by active or confirmed.

But i can't filter in order to see users who are on no mailing lists at all. I can see them because they do not have coloured bullet beside their name.

Hi,

You can use the Mass actions (Automation tab) to select them and do some actions.
In the filter area select : No subscription status to "YOUR LIST"

This way you'll be able to select every user who are not subscribed to your list.
