I meant using Acyba's contact form: https://www.acyba.com/contact-us.html not as a post in this forum. It is public and everybody can see your login credentials, therefore I have deleted your previous message.
When sending the contact form, please also provide loging credentials for both your backend and ftp as well as a link to this thread.
