Issues with Users Import

It takes at least three minutes, maybe more to open the Users tab. When it finally opens and I select Import Joomla! Users, I get the following error: 1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_unicode_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='

Did you test the database integrety? Yiou'll find this in Configuration->Security

Confirm testing of database integrity as directed. One issue found and corrected by that process. I also ran the Joomla! database fix (Extensions>Manage>database>fix).

Neither of these actions fixed the reported issues.
