Hi guys,
Situation:
I have an issue. I have an office with my representatives, and I have customers who make appointments through my website (custom made booking, but all dates imported to AcyMailing custom fields in profiles). The appointments vary from 1 day from now to months.
I would like to send automatic emails with AcyMailing to my representative with some basic info about the customer who assigned to him/her one week before the client attends to the office.
For example, John Doe is a customer, who will visit Alice in the office. This will happen in 7 days from now. (There will be more than one customers/representatives/day of course)
The problem:
The mass action will run every hour. How can I set that, Acy will check the dates (It's already done) send the email to Alice about John Doe’s visit only ONCE 7 days or less before (for example in some case the customer book for tomorrow.)? So how can I track that Acy sent the notification about John Doe to Alice so it won’t send it again on the same day on the next run?
In my head, the easiest option would be to set a value in Alice’s profile with John Doe’s ID, and set a filter to check that field in Alice’s profile before sending the email.
My representatives and customers have their own profiles and they are in separate lists in AcyMailing.
I have AcyMailing Enterprise 5.x.
