All those issues you mentioned here that are related to the icons, drag and drop, stacked blocks etc. sound to me like you are working on a tablet or a computer with some smaller resolution.

Regarding the Google Translate or AI for writing emails. You can overcome the lack of those features using browser extensions. Not everyone is fond of Google services (for example) and certainly a lot of people wouldn't want to open an account on OpenAI for using AI for writing emails. You are correct that it is 2023. That gives you lots of workarounds and additional solutions, like those I mentioned, without the need to be angry that something is not implemented
Additional CSS code that you suggested is probably great for your use case. What about the other users, and may I say, the majority of users, that would need different styling? We are using an email framework which provides, let's say, an industry standard set of CSS styling for the newsletters. If you need something else, we also provided a way to allow the changes.
