Allow multiple Copies of welcome email to be sent

I have podcast. Each episode has a downloadable asset. I want to get users to register to the email list to get access to the downloadables.
So I have an Acymailer List. When users register they get a Welcome Email with all the links they need.

BUT. Each week I add new episodes of the podcast and more downloadable assets. I edit the welcome email and this works for all new sign ups ... HOWEVER all existing members of ACymailer list will not get the new links, I could email to them, but it wouldbe better if they can simply enter their email address again and get the latest download list.

If they do enter their email again I get an email to tell me they registered again but they just get an onscreen warning "You are already subscribed". Any ideas of how I can turn on the welcome email whether its the first or 21st time the email has been registered?

A welcome mail is not designed for things like this.

There is a better way to accomplish what you want. Create a mail with the links and send it to your existing users. And create a smart newsletter that will run each time Acymailing is triggered (so it will run automaticly) and have it send your latest newsletter to new subscribers. This way they will receive your welcome mail and afterwards the latest newsletter with all your links.

Thanks for your reply. But I don't think your solution will work for me.

The issue is that the Podcast will continue to draw new visitors long after the specific sequence has ended. And so people will sign up and get the Intro mail with all the links to extra downloadable assets. But, a large group will lose that email and come back weeks later wanting to download the links again.
So I want to enable a function that will resend the welcome email if they attempt to resubscribe.

Your idea of a Smart Newletter could work if there is something I could use to fire off a single email to the individual subscriber if they re-submit a form. I see that a resubmit email is sent Admin, and wonder how that is fired ?

You defenitly should take a look at Acymailing v6. You can do a lot with automations, including firing mails based on user actions.
