AcyMailing Enterprise 6.5.2 This website is not assigned to any licence

Our acymail license is assigned to a sub domain.

When we enter administration mode on the sub domain for the AcyMailing Enterprise 6.5.2 component we get

This website is not assigned to any licence

The warning doesn't seem to affect functionality, although we haven't really tested version 6 in any practical way.

Hi,

Please make sure your subdomain matches the domain in your subscription account and check if your subscription is not expired.

In Acymailing you will find your version and license in the tot right corner. Click on the refresh button next to it.

In case this does not bring you the solution, please raise a support ticket on Acyba's website: https://www.acyba.com/contact-us.html. It would be helpful if you include a link tot his thread.

The credentials match, which was my point.
As also mentioned functionality is not affected, Everything is working despite the unlicensed warning.

NB: Joomla, of course

Please note that your cron won't work.

Our domain is SSL, ie https://ourdomain.com

When we assign it to the subscription. on submit it is changed to http://ourdomain.com

Checking back on version 5, which is what we use given the current short comings of v6, I see it also reports our subscription is unlicensed. Again, on the subscription assignment page it shows http://, not https://

In both cases the domain names match the one on the subscription page, other than the http / https issue outlined above.

Version 5 cron jobs work fine. Version 6 is untested as we are unlikely to spend much time on it until critical plug ins become available.

The http/https is not taken into account and should therefore not cause any issues.

Either your license is expired or there is a problem with your license.

In case you have a valid subscription, please open a support ticket using Acyba's contact form on the main website: https://www.acyba.com/contact-us.html

Provide your website URL and super admin details so they can check this

Also, please refer this forum topic so they can be sure what they are dealing with :-)

Sorry for the delay in responding;

The Acymailing Enterprise components (5 and 6) both report that we are unlicensed. But we are, of course.

Cron jobs on 5 and 6 both seem to work. We use version 5 regularly pumping out at least one smart newsletter a week. On version 6 I have only done a test run. As I mentioned before it probably isn't an issue in regard to 6 as I can't see us using it in the foreseeable future.

It occurs to me that the false negatives may be due to the fact the we use Mightysites to manage our sub domains, although we administer acymailing under the same domain that is recorded against the license.
