pictures do not show in the emails

Dear,
when i send a newsletter the recipients do not see the pictures in the newsletter. They can see just the text.
How to fix this problem ?

Hi,

This is normal behaviour of many mail clients, like Outlook for example. They do not show images by default, unless you change that setting. The bright side is that these mail clients also off the possibility to manually download the images when reading the mail.

I have my settings to "show pictures" but still no pictures are shown in the email body.

But I want people to see them right in the email. How can i achieve that ?
I see other people's newsletters in my email with pictures so why i can not see the pictures from my own newsletter ?

In that case Acymailing is probably working just fine. You need to find a solution for your mail client. Doyou experience this with only one mail client, or have you tested this with several mail clients like Outlook, Gmail and so on. Pleas provide us with more information. A screenshot might also be helpful.

I have tested with gmail and yahoo and they do show in both.

Acymailing is working correctly when you can see the images in Gmail and Yahoo.

The question remains why abv.bg (I guess this is a webmail client?) is not showing the images. That could be a setting or limitation in abv.bg or your server is blocking the image requests abv.bg sends to your website. In that case you could look in your console if you see any error messages when opening your mail. Otherwise you could inspect your server log how it handles requests from abv.bg.

You could also try to use another browser to read your mail at abv.bg.
