How to synchronize custom fields from Wordpress database?

Hi,
I created some custom fields for my Wordpress users (with Ultimate Member plugin). These fields are thus located in _usermeta table in the database.

I would like to synchronize my "all wordpress users" Acymailing list, including these fields, to be able to make some filtering when preparing a new campaign.

I created the equivalent custom fields in Acymailing, ... but I don't see any way to synchronize my Wordpress custom fields with these one.

Anyone knowing how to do that?
