How to change path for attachments?

Hi,
I want to change the path media/com_acymailing/upload for the attachments.
In Configuration I find the Security tab.
There you will find the Upload folder field in Advanced Configuration.
In your documentation I read:
Media Folder : If you use the AcyEditor, it will display pictures stored in the specified folder. By default it's media/com_acymailing/upload but you can change it to your "images" folder for example.
You can customize the upload and media folders. You can make sure each user uses its own folder by adding the code {userid} which will be replaced by the ID of the current user or by using {groupid} which will be replaced by the ID of the user group. You can also use the {groupname} tag for the group name. {listalias} is also available but be careful as the users can change their subscription to the lists. For example: images/pict_{userid}

No matter what I try with the tags, I can't get it linked to a user group or user.
Can someone explain me how to do it?
What do I put between the tags and how do I place the path to a specific folder behind it?
And is it possible to point to different folders for different groups?

Hi,

To use these tags you should manually create these usergroup and userid folders in your upload folder. The tags will be replaced with the respective user groups and user id's, but Acymailing will not create these folders for you.

Another thing to notice here is that you are reading (as it seems) the documentation for AcyMailing 5, and you are using AcyMailing 8

Does it work differently in the new version of Acymailing? I thought I had read the documentation on that. What is the URL to the documentation of the new version?

And can any of you give me an example of how I can enter tags with id and the corresponding path in that field?
And is it only possible to refer to the upload folder or can I also refer to a folder in images?

You can refer folder under the "images" folder like this

"images/your_folder_name/{groupname}/pict_{userid}"

is that extra for a specific user?
And how can I set it to a couple of users in different groups? (Joomla groups?)

Yes, that part is extra for each user, so each user will have its own upload folder

You can't set a couple of users to the Joomla group except that you omit /pict_{userid} part and use only
images/your_folder_name/{groupname}
