I have the impression that you no longer have places to make feature requests?
What happened to these requests? https://www.acymailing.com/feature-requests/
Is there a place where you share a roadmap?

In fact what concerns me now is whether you had a plan to move to Joomla custom fields (very open and interoperable) instead of your proprietary fields.

Hi,

we will bring back the feature request page, but I can't say when this will happen. Our developers are still working on bits and pieces after the recent upgrade of our main site.

We don't have plans to replace our own custom fields with the Joomla custom fields, but that shouldn't be a problem, since you can access Joomla custom fields from our Automations without any issues

I use Joomla fields for com_user but here it was for com_acymailing. Well I don't understand why you don't standardize this, Joomla's custom fields are becoming so powe

The reason is very simple actually

We have our own custom fields because that way, we can use them on both Joomla and WordPress and by doing that, we can provide easy migration from Joomla to WordPress and vice versa

When I was creating wp sites, I used excellent newsletter plugins in pro version, I don't know if you will develop in this ecosystem a few years later?

Are you going to release a Joomla 5 compatible version shortly after 10/17?

We will develop both Joomla and WordPress versions for a long time now, that we have them 😀

We did test current version with Joomla 5, and we could see that everything is working correctly with the Compatibility plugin enabled in Joomla 5. If you read Joomla 5 plans, with the compatibility plugin, Joomla core team provided extension developers 2 years to fully adapt to Joomla 5 framework.
