Automatic mailing of new post

I've been poring over the instructions and the forum to try and find an answer- but I'm lost.
I need a tutorial that shows how to send a new email every time a post in a certain category is sent. That's it.

I work with older people and want this as simplified as I can make it.
Someone creates a new post. They choose the category "newsletter"
Acymailing sees that there's a new post in the category "newsletter"
Acymailing takes that post and puts it in an email.
