User clicks counted twice

I set up a test and sent the mail to myself.

I opened the mail in MS Outlook and it shows 1 open and 0 clicks
I then clicked on a link in the email to display a page from our website and it now shows 1 open but 2 clicks.

Can anyone explain why clicks are double.

Also is it possible to track opens of attachments in an email

Hi,

It's not possible to track opening of attachments in case you have embedded these in yoru mail. Instead you can configure Acymailing to not to embed the attachments. In that case the attachments are send as links of your email, which can be tracked. You can disable the embedding of attachments in Acymailing->Configuration->Mail settings under the advanced section.

Regarding the opens and clicks statistics I inform you that I was not able to reproduce your issue.
