Django29 Hello. On Acymailing Starter 7.7.2, I imported a list of users from a CSV file. Just Name + email. Now, when I want to send a message to this list of users, I see "0 recipients". So, I think these users must be recorded as subscribers. How can I do that ?
jvstratum Hi, Please ensure that during the import you need to select the desired list to which users should be subscribed. You can find detailed instructions on how to carry out this process in our documentation at this link: https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/users/import. Version 7.7.2 of Acymailing was released in December 2021. It is crucial to keep your Acymailing installation updated in order to benefit from improvements, new features, bug fixes and essential security enhancements. I kindly ask you to ensure that your Acymailing is up to date. The current version is 8.7.4.
Django29 Thanks, but all the subscribers imported are on the only list "Newsletter", and activated. But when I try to send this newsletter to this list, it says 0 recipent. => Subscribers
jvstratum Thant's expected behaviour, all your subscribers are unconfirmed. You should import them as confirmed. It's all explained in the documentation I referred to.
Django29 I deleted all the subscribers in Acymailing, then I added 2 columns in my OpenOffice file : "confirmed" and "listids" with "1". Imported this CSV file in Acymailing, and it works ! Thanks a lot !
