How do I import a .vcf file into a list? OR - how do I convert a .vcf into a .csv file?

You can't import VCF file and to be honest, I don't even know what that is

I am sure that the inter net is full of suggestions how to convert that file format into the CSV. Maybe the software that you use to save VCF format also allows exporting directly to the CSV

VCF files are a web standard since almost 30 years, since Outlook Express or even earlier.
