Optimizing the acym module files and w3c HTMl validation?

Hello,
I'm trying to optimize the website, but I noticed that the acymailing 8 module throws some HTML validation errors. Also, could the .css and .js files made more editable, or at least easily movable within the page (at bottom, async, deferred)?
