I like to use the 'Smart Newsletters' for creating a new newsletter manually (button Create). By using this function I can print an issue number in the subject (with {issuenb} tag) and put all new content from some categories in the body (with something like {autocontent:13|cattitle|max:10|order:created,DESC|filter:created|type:full|pict:1} tag). I don't use cron jobs for automatic sending.
So I am happy as back-end user. But: is there a way to do this in the front-end? I can create new newsletter but not by making use of Smart Newsletter.
So is there a way to create a smart newsletter in the front-end? Or can I easily get an issue number and only new content in the default new newsletter in another way?
