Subscribe / Unsubscribe Emails

Hi, I have finally sent my first version 6 email campaign and all went generally well. 🙂

Thanks to prompt help on this forum from Acymailing for a couple of issues.

I have, however, noticed quite a few features which are still missing from version 6 and hope all of the features of version 5 get migrated across soon.

Meanwhile, I still can't work out why I don't get emails when a user subscribes or unsubscribes? Is it because I'm using Essential? Or is this feature not available yet?

Currently, it's very difficult to see who has unsubscribed. The statistics feature feels quite limited too in Essential compared to version 5.

Hi,

Currenly the only option is to setup an automation to send these kind of mails. To use the automations you would need to upgrade to the Enterprise version. You can do so much with these automations that I can recommend the upgrade to the Enterprise version anyway.

You could run a mass action to dinf your unsubscribed users. Or you could sort your user list on the active/confirmd users.

What are you missing in the statistics?

In 5.10.11 Essential I can select:

For example:
When a new user is created, send an e-mail to ...
When a user unsubscribes from a list, send an e-mail to ...
When a user unsubscribes from all Lists, send an e-mail to ...
When a user refuses to receive e-mails, send an e-mail to ...
etc.

But I can't in 6.6.1

In 5.10.11 Essential, under Global Statistics, I can see a list of who has unsubscribed.

In 6.6.1 I cannot see a way to easily see who has unsubscribed. And because I no longer get any emails alerting me to who has unsubscribed, I cannot work out a way to see who has unsubscribed easily. I would have to scroll through all contacts, one-by-one and click each one to see. Please correct me if I'm wrong, if there is a way to easily view this information.

I believe these existing features in 5.10.11 (as outlined above) are essential and should be included as part of "Essential" in version 6.
