I am using ACY Enterprise 9.02 on Joomla 4. I am trying to save a Campaign email as a template, but when I click the "Save as template" button in Editor, I get an error message: " [server] says Error" and the screen hangs. I can only escape by waiting for about 30 seconds then using the Back button. This campaign is also unusual in that it is not listed in the Statistics screen, although it appears there if I type in the campaign name, and the statistics data is then available. Any advice please?
