Hi,
Setting up automated admin mails is only possible with an automations. Please note that you need the Enterprise version to setup auytomations.
You can enable Captcha in Configuration->Security. Add your two Google invisible Captcha keys (If you don't have them yet, get them from Google) and enable the invisible capcha with thge switch that is shown just above your keys.
