Hello,
I have a question for a client.

Is it possible to make email campaign for a webinar for example, and send 5 emails before the webinar, and send automatic emails to people who didn't open the first emails of the serie ?

I now we can make segment, but i dont know if we can use "dynamic" segment in the same campaign ?

Hi,

You can create a follow-up campaign to achieve what you want. It's documented here: https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/campaigns/follow-up

The Acymailing segments are always dynamic. The segments you create can be seen as filters that will be applied at the time the mailing is being sent.

OK, so we can use segment and automation to move users to another list with another follow up campaign in function of his choice (ex clic on a link, etc) ?

Sorry but it is a part of Acymailing i never explored but it will be needed for a client.

Yes, you can use automations to subscribe or unsubscribe users to or from a follow-up campaign. Automations are documented here: https://docs.acymailing.com/main-pages/automations. I suggest you setup a test environment and experiment with the different features to get familiar with it.
